Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Scheduled services are reserved especially for you. We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. However, we require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel or reschedule any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to a 100% service charge for each service. This policy also applies to same day appointments, gift card and promotional holders.
We do our very best to always be on time and accommodate most situations however, if you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to be on time for others whose appointments follow yours. Please note that we have a 15 minutes late policy. Arriving 15 minutes after your appointment will be considered a no-show. As a courtesy and consideration to your specialist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
We will accept barely used product returns for store credit only! All services are non-refundable. If you have a concerns with your service, please follow the instructions below and we will be more than happy to try and solve any issues you may have.
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy:
We guarantee the satisfaction of all of our customers. Our specialists have extensive training, licenses and certifications in order to service our clients. The services we offer are considered cosmetic and voluntary by the client. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a service you receive at Govero Salons + Spa, please let us know within 48 hours of your service. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Children are welcome with appointments and should not be present unless for a scheduled appointment. This policy is for the safety of all and the consideration of other clients.
Personal Items Policy:
We are not responsible for damage to personal belongings and items lost or left behind.
